About me Hi, I'm Puddle! Best summed up as a silly little dumdum with spiral eyes and puffy pants. I'm what I suppose you could call a lifestyle ABDL. I wear diapers full-time, the result of a long stint of unpotty training myself years ago, and my day-to-day habits are often babyish in nature. I drink from bottles, am embarrassingly reliant upon my pacifier for comfort, wear adult baby clothing, and tug a stuffy around with me whenever I'm at home. Being a big baby is, for better or worse, what makes me happy in life and I'm fortunate enough to have a husband who understands this and indulges me in it when he's able.

With regards to hypno, I primarily enjoy writing ABDL stories centered around the subject, as well as making the occasional brainwashy sorta file. Mental regression/dumbing down is what really flips my switch, but really I love anything trippy or mindfucky that's designed to regress me or encourage dependence upon my diapers. I prefer files over live sessions - the anxiety to perform in live sessions absolutely wrecks my ability to relax and enter trance lol - and have trained extensively with many of them over the years.
